Following the construction of its three-story office building in 2019, the Gauselmann Group is planning to expand its corporate headquarters in Espelkamp on Merkur-Allee. Te new office building will be built over five staggered floors. Construction is scheduled to start in mid-April.
With a total area of almost 7,000sq.m, the new building offers space for up to 300 workplaces. Te building, which covers 1,620sq.m on the ground and first floors, measures 42 metres in depth and 42 metres in length. Te usable area on the second floor covers 1,280sq.m and the tiered floors on the third and fourth floors each have 870sq.m. A partial basement with an area of 650sq.m is intended for building technology and as an archive area. In total, this results in a volume of 26,000 cubic meters of space.

Austria Greentube acquires CashBet Coin
Greentube has completed the acquisition of the majority of CashBet Coin’s CBC cryptocurrency and its underlying blockchain technologies.

As the main user with around 130 state-of-the-art IT workstations, BEIT will now work centrally in one building for the first time in the new building.

Incasòl must make the purchase of the land, owned by a subsidiary of Criteria -Mediterranea Beach & Golf Community, for €120m. Te departments of Economy and Finance and of Territory and Sustainability are authorised to "adopt the necessary measures" for the execution of the purchase and sale agreement. Hard Rock promised to buy the land with the deadline set for May 5th. Te public company Incasòl will acquire the land from Criteria - the investment holding company of La Caixa Bank - and then sell it to Hard Rock. With this now in place, the Hard Rock Entertainment World project will finally go ahead two years after the Generalitat of Catalonia awarded the licence in June 2017.
