SHANGHAI, CHINA —NEPCON China 2021, to be held April 21 to 23 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, is expecting roughly 700 of the world’s leading electronics equipment vendors to make up the bulk of the exhibition. The annual show is designed to offer a perspective on the whole gamut of PCB fabrication and assembly products and services. Leading exhibitors include
ASM, Fuji, Hanwha, BTU, Rehm, Koh Young, TRI, KIC, and many others. Fuji will be bringing two of its NXTR smart factory pick-and-place systems to the event, one that was debuted
at NEPCON Shenzhen and an all-new model that will see its global launch at NEPCON China. The NXTR is a premier placement machine that can con- nect with Fuji’s Nexim integrat- ed production system. BTU will be showcasing a
new reflow oven for semiconduc- tor applications for the first time at NEPCON China. The compa- ny will also highlight its turnkey solutions for the entire spectrum of uses from the semiconductor industry to SMT assembly. IOTE, an exhibition that
