Katie Ewles ‘13, has painted a mural in Hamilton’s Victoria Park as part of the Bermuda National Gallery and the City of Hamilton VIVID Public Art Initiative, a collaboration to beautify the city. The painting is “interactive” in that it allows viewers to position themselves in such a way that they become part of the artwork.


Aleisha Hollis ’15 was called to the Bermuda Bar. Aleisha was welcomed to Conyers by Director, Sophia Greaves ‘99, a former Head Girl, who described Aleisha as “intelligent, determined and hardworking.”


Kaisha Wilson ‘16, joined Appleby’s two-year legal trainee programme. Kaisha obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from De Montfort University in Leicester in 2019, graduating with First Class Honours. After receiving her LLB, she completed the legal practice course at BPP University in Manchester with a distinction. In 2018 and 2019, she was a recipient of Appleby’s Legal Education Bursary.


Freyja Kermode ‘18 was awarded the 2020 BZS Steinhoff Scholarship with additional support from the Pye Scholarship. Freyja is currently in the third year of a four-year programme to earn a Master’s in Marine Biology from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom

Iannah Caines ‘20 and Cree Dunn ‘20, (left) were selected as part of Conyers ‘Gap Year Student’ Internship Programme. They will each work in different departments of the firm; Iannah in the Technology Services department and Cree in the Marketing department.


Katie Grainge ’20 was named as the first recipient of a prestigious scholarship to the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Katie has begun her Art History studies at St Andrews and says she is, “deeply honoured and grateful to be awarded the St Andrews scholarship”.


Sierra Pacheco ‘20 received her Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Risa (Hunter) Frith ’06 took over as Executive Director at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art in February 2021. She succeeds fellow BHS alumnus, Tom Butterfield ’56, who ‘graduated’ after 39 years with the museum he brought to life to conserve Bermuda’s history through art.
