The Learning Commons serves as the heart of the Innovation Centre and at any given time during the day, you can find classes in session around the big TV, small groups of students working in one of the meeting rooms or Library Leaders helping fellow students to look for a book or log books out of the Library. The intentional design, with multiple collaboration spaces, has proven to be a hit with students. The Meeting Rooms are almost always booked during lunchtime and after school. While certain restrictions are in place with regards to the number of students allowed in the meeting areas and Library, it has not impacted how students use the spaces.
