Looking for ways to keep the whole family busy this summer? Then look no further
Throughout the school holidays, Rotherham Creative Learning Centre will be hosting a number of free workshops at four venues across the town. The workshops are relaxed, fun, informal and suitable for all the family.

Walking Cricket
Both Rotherham and Barnsley branches of u3a have a walking cricket group to encourage older people or those less mobile to participate in sport.
Supported by the Yorkshire Cricket
Foundation, the weekly sessions are slow paced using a soft ball and with no running involved. They are open to both men and women of all sporting abilities, but particularly those who may be retired or semi-retired. Walking cricket is a great way to test mental
agility, increase heart rate, improve circulation and hand-eye coordination.
Sessions cost £3.50 per person and details are as follows:
