WHICH PAIN RELIEF?
Over-the-counter pain relief medicines include:
Paracetamol Used to treat headaches and most non-nerve pains.
Ibuprofen A non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drug (NSAID), ibuprofen seems to work better on pain caused by inflammation (eg an injury or arthritis).
Co-codamol Combined paracetamol with low- dose codeine. Avoid taking co-codamol long term, as it can be addictive.
