Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) could find some relief from their symptoms by taking a mindful yoga class three times a week. According to scientists, this may help by reducing testosterone levels in the body5

PCOS symptoms include irregular periods, fertility difficulties, weight gain and excess facial or body hair. It is thought to be caused by abnormal hormone levels, including testosterone.
