Are you planning on making some healthy habit changes this new year? If so, you've come to the right place.
There’s no better time of year to give your health a freshen up, especially if you overdid the festive fun over the Christmas holidays (didn’t we all?).
Life has had to change for many of us during the past few months. Many of us haven’t been able to see our friends and families.

How are you planning to give your health a boost this year?
This is the time when many of us have healthy eating on our minds, or perhaps you’ve decided this is the year you’ll give up smoking or cut down on drinking. Whatever your health goals, this issue of All About Health is full of helpful tips and advice to make it that little bit easier.
More of us are working from home than ever before, with new office spaces being created in small corners of homes across the UK. And throughout, our key workers have carried on, keeping us safe, providing for and looking after our health and wellbeing.
Let’s not forget their sacrifices: those who kept the wheels of society turning including shop workers, cleaners, transport workers, food production workers, postmen and delivery drivers.

You can always ask your local Careway pharmacist for advice and support, as well as recommendations for over- the-counter products that could make all the difference in helping you stick to your health resolutions. After all, a healthy habit should be for life, not just for January.
Special mention, of course, goes to our healthcare workers, who I know you’ll agree we can never praise highly enough.
All you keen-eyed regular readers may also notice our magazine now has a brand-new look – we’ve kept the same level of health advice you’ve come to expect, but in a fresh layout that we hope you’ll love. Let us know what you think, or just write in to say hello. We always look forward to hearing from you.
Among the doctors, nurses, carers, paramedics and all those other wonderful individuals who made sure medical help was there for those who needed it are our high-street pharmacists and their staff.
Often – and rightly – described as the UK’s unsung heroes, the nation’s pharmacy teams have worked flat out to keep us healthy when access to our GP surgeries was limited.
I’m sure you’ll join me in thanking each and every one of them.
Stay healthy, Stay safe, stay healthy
Christine Christine
