Coming soon to Harbor Point, a three-million square foot waterfront development site between Harbor East and historic Fell’s Point, is Canopy, Hilton's newest hotel brand. The 156-room hotel will feature a first-floor waterfront lobby and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace offering dra- matic views of the Inner Harbor atop the 12-story Wills Street Wharf mixed-use building.

Crescent Hotels and Resorts officially opened the 27-story, 385-room Crowne Plaza Baltimore in July 2018 after a multi-million-dollar renovation. The property features nine meeting rooms, more than 20,000-square feet of meeting space, and Crowne Plaza’s latest innovation - Plaza Work- space - which is a flexible meeting and work solu- tion with various areas that allow for solo work or collaboration. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant, Harbor Sports Bar and Grill, and Mar- ketplace “grab and go” service, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Hotel Revival is a boutique hotel loaded with inter- esting event spaces, including four light-flooded private rooms, three private karaoke rooms, and Topside, a buzzy rooftop restaurant and garden bar that offers a carefully curated craft beer menu and views of its historic neighborhood.
