Ten years of Penny Appeal

International humanitarian charity Penny Appeal is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a number of exciting challenge events, and are inviting local businesses to join them in raising money for good causes. The charity’s latest challenge is to climb

Machu Picchu. Penny Appeal has recently taken a team of 80 ambitious fundraisers to Palestine to run the Palestine Marathon, raising more than £130,000 to help plant olive trees, give food packs and provide educations in Palestine. The latter is exactly what International Humanitarian Charity, Penny Appeal, is doing to

celebrate 10 years of working to break the poverty cycle in over 30 countries. Penny Appeal’s Haroon Mota said: “In the last

10 years of Penny Appeal, we’ve provided an incredible three trillion glasses of clean water, given out seven million meals and helped over 20 million people worldwide. “All that work is thanks in no small part to

Penny Appeal’s team of volunteers and fundraisers – affectionately known as Team Orange. We’re so proud of everything we have achieved, and we’d love to see more Asian-owned businesses getting involved with our community.”
