The Steel Pier’s newest attraction, Observation Wheel, debuted in December 2017. The $14 million project, a 227-foot high attraction, offers riders sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Atlantic City skyline from inside 40 climate-controlled gondolas. Open year- round, food and beverage are allowed in the gondolas and unique packages can be crafted for groups and special events. Planners can utilize Steel Pier during the day or evening when planning events for a fun taste of Jersey Shore.

Atlantic City’s world-famous boardwalk spans continuously over five miles, and with the inlet section of the new portion of the boardwalk now completed, bicyclists can bike into Gardner’s Basin. Just steps off the boardwalk is The Orange Loop, which consists of three beach blocks of one-of-a-kind restaurants, bars, live music and more. The

Orange Loop borrows its name from Monopoly, starting with the beach block of Tennessee Avenue and expanding into St. James Place and New York Avenue. Places like The Leadership Studio AC (yoga), MADE Atlantic City Chocolate Bar (a bean-to-bar shop with hand-selected cocoa beans featuring cocktails, dessert and unique alcohol and chocolate pairings), Hayday Coffee Shop, Bourré (BBQ restaurant bringing the New Orleans vibe to AC offering Cajun BBQ and live music), as well as Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall.

Atlantic City also has a growing arts and culture scene that includes numerous festivals and events during the year that take advantage of the beach and waterfront environment: Big Name Beach Concerts; Atlantic City Seafood Festival; Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival; The Annual Atlantic City Airshow and more.
