The Water Club at Borgata offers a unique personality all its own, while just steps away from the entertain- ment, nightlife, and dining of Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa. Guests can enjoy Immersion, a two-story spa on the 32nd floor, 18,000-square feet of meeting and event space, five heated swimming pools, retail shops and more.

Founded in 1898 and located on the world-famous boardwalk in Atlantic City, just steps from casino resorts and miles of beach, the Steel Pier is “shore” to excite. Its Ocean Reef Oasis welcomes planners to host their event 1,000-feet over the ocean! The entire space is covered, but boasts 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Atlantic City skyline. With several options available to customize an event, it is the perfect spot for a corporate event, reunion group, wedding, rehearsal dinner, graduation, birth- day or anniversary celebration and more.

The Gateway project, estimated at $210 million, includes a new Stockton University island campus and a South Jersey Gas headquarters. Students began taking classes this fall and this project is

expected to transform the Chelsea section of Atlantic City.

A $9.1 million restroom renovation project at the Atlantic City Convention Center is currently underway. The project will completely overhaul the venue’s 32 restrooms with expected completion by September 2019.

Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall is currently going through $10 million renovation in its lobby and atrium.

In nearby Galloway Township, the Seaview Dolce Hotel and Golf Club announced a major renovation program is underway with completion scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend 2019. With the property under new ownership, this project, when completed, will elevate Seaview to a Four Diamond standing and position the venue as a top tier group and leisure hotel. The key target markets for the new Seaview are corporate group and upscale leisure with a spe- cific focus on the golf destination customer. All 296 rooms and corridors will be renovated to modern guest standards, while retaining the unique character and heritage of the Seaview Resort. The Pool Patio and Courtyard also will receive updated hardscape and landscape.
