2018 is the anniversary of the Representation of the People Act 1928, which gave all men and women over the age of 21 the equal right to vote.


Over this year the UK Parliament Vote 100 programme has a variety of events celebrating this anniversary. One of these events is a special tea called ‘Equaliteas’.


Creekmoor Rainbows, Brownies and Guides are holding their event on Wednesday 20th June at Christ Church, Creekmoor from 5-7.30pm. Please come and join us for a cuppa and a piece of cake and join in the stories and ideas of democracy and celebrate this important milestone in history.
