JTB GARDEN MACHINERY MOVING TO NEW PREMISES


Repairs, servicing and now sales of new garden machinery


JTB Garden Machinery, currently based in the Speedwell units on Nelson Road is moving premises in mid May to a new business unit at 17 Admiral Court, opposite Sainsburys in Dartmouth. JTB currently provides the only Dartmouth-based service for the repair and maintenance of all types of garden equipment (powered garden tools, including strimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, chain- saws, lawn mowers and ride on tractor mowers etc). Repairs and servicing charges are also cheaper than anywhere else locally. It will continue to service and repair your garden equipment but will also now sell new machinery from the new larger premises. It has recently become the South Hams official dealer for Mountfield (including ride on tractors) and Stiga handheld garden tools. A representative sample of Mountfield mower and Stiga tools will be on display but all products in their respective ranges will be readily available through JTB. These will include the increasingly popular ranges of battery operated hand held equipment and pedestrian mowers – battery power


is revolutionising this market (a 2 year warranty is now available on batteries) and is expected, in time, to dom- inate the market for garden machinery – the benefits of less noise, less pollution etc. If looking to change your old garden equipment, now is the time to consider the switch to battery operated. JTB’s prices for new machinery are competitive with suppliers across Devon and online with the added comfort of pre delivery checks and on-going local dealer support should any problems occur. JTB is also able to source new Stihl, Bosch, Hay- ter, Cobra and AL-KO garden equipment. You can continue to collect and deposit your machines at the old premises until mid May or take advantage of the collection and delivery service. John will be working in the new prem- ises alongside his partner Mel Aymes who is a qualified and experienced gardener running JTB Garden Care, the garden


maintenance part of the business. Opening times are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am -2pm.
