Sleeping is something that all of us do. Some of us better than others. If you are a restless, troubled sleeper you know how horrendous staggering through a day without energy or a functioning brain can be. The usual rules of no computers in the
bedroom and no screens of any kind for an hour or two before sleep actually do work. Keep your bedroom as sanctuary like as your life style will allow. You may have to build up to this in increments if you still have little people skipping in at the crack of dawn
or during the night! There is no cost to keeping surfac- es clear so clutter is not the last thing you see at night. Eat well, work hard and get some exercise but do all of those things in a way that brings as much pleasure as possible. Not everyday brings lollipops and rainbows, I know that but you can have a good go at creating your own. Ask yourself if your cup of tea or coffee
tastes better in a pretty cup with a napkin to hand if you are having a snack? You know it does, so treat yourself like a guest in your own
home or at work. Stop saving everything for best and make each day
