More than 8GW of offshore wind projects have been installed from the Port of Esbjerg. With 100 hectares of port infrastructure dedicated to offshore wind and a heliport and airport with great experience in servicing the offshore industry. The port provides some of the best

facilities in the world for bringing wind offshore and looking at the potential growth rate in offshore wind in the North Sea until 2030, Esbjerg will continue playing a vital role in bringing green energy at sea.
CENTRE OF OFFSHORE EXCELLENCE
With the development of the offshore wind industry, demand for specialisation and customisation has developed and attracted new business, which means that Esbjerg provides a diversity of the supply chain ranging from project development, design and engineering, assembly, installation, manpower, safety training courses, PPE equipment, crew transfer vessel
suppliers to heliport and much more. The business is also setting new standards for offshore excellence in close cooperation with the wind turbine manufacturers and windfarm owners.
