WHEN AND WHY DID YOU ESTABLISH EAZY ROOMS? We set up Eazy Rooms in 2015 after speaking to numerous people and realising there was a huge gap in the market for tailored and serviced accommodation. We understand what customers need and the importance of being flexible while offering all the extras you would expect from a hotel - without the price tag!
WHAT DO YOU OFFER THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER LETTING AGENTS? We manage people’s accommodation expectations and enhance their ‘home away from home’ experience. The accommodation packages are varied to suit all budgets. These range from modern, fully equipped one and two bed apartments to individual ensuite rooms. We offer corporate solutions with one monthly bill for everything - meaning no hassle to set up utilities and WiFi is included. There’s no time-consuming staff receipts to worry about if you want to include extras such as meals. We believe in the experience being enhanced, not expensive! This allows us to accommodate full teams together, which has been a real bonus for our current clients.
WHY THE HUMBER? I’m from the region and worked for Hull City Council in several areas including regeneration, tourism, economic development and property, working with blue chip companies. I understand the region and most importantly, I understand the customer needs a good experience so they will return time and time again.
WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DANISH MARKET? We have expended our portfolio and have added some beautiful new flats and apartments. We would love to look after future Danish visitors, as we understand their needs for high specification and good quality service at a competitive price. We welcome companies to one of our Open Days, so they can see for themselves, first hand, what we can offer.

WHAT IS THE LONGEST/SHORTEST RENTAL YOU’VE HAD? So far, one week is the shortest and 18 months the longest.
WHAT IS THE LARGEST NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU’VE ACCOMMODATED? As said before, we keep full teams together. Previously we have provided accommodation for 35 people from one company, but our scope is endless. If you need the rooms, we will supply them.
WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER RENEWABLE MARKETS. ARE YOU ABLE TO SERVICE THEM? Yes! After being at capacity for the last few years, we’ve expanded and are now targeting other markets in the renewable sector. Our remit for 2018 is to service all renewable markets for the Humber area.
IS THERE ANYTHING NEW ON THE HORIZON FOR EAZY ROOMS? We’ve just launched a new promotional video (see link opposite). We’re also expanding our portfolio of properties and looking at branching out into other locations outside the Humber region. My daughter Emily will also be joining the business. Exciting times!
WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME – IF YOU HAVE ANY? I enjoy playing tennis, I do yoga and create bespoke jewellery designs. I love spending time with my family and friends, not forgetting my little Lhasa Apso, Maisy.
