HUMBER AREA The company are offering massively reduced rates for group bookings at a hotel at Humberside Airport, enabling projects in Grimsby and Hull with large manpower numbers to come in on budget.
Sarah Jane Watson, Director of Cleethorpes Lettings explained: “We now have one- to seven-bed serviced properties, all have superb standards and are spotlessly clean. We have
exclusive apartments for one person, full apartment blocks for multiple bookings, or beautiful larger properties for colleagues to share to keep the project price down.
It is my aim to provide superb accommodation at fair and affordable prices and to create a real home from home for my guests whilst they are working away. With quality beds and bedding, washers, dryers, wifi, flat screen TVs, modern fully equipped kitchens, I like to think I know what the guys need now. Their latest requirement is a liquidiser to create power drinks and lots of Tupperware for their healthy meal regimes.”
ALL-IN COSTS The company offers medium/long lets (all bills included in a weekly rate) with weekly servicing which includes a maid, fresh linen pack and towels, WIFI and all bills. Any other services can be arranged. Sarah elaborated: “Nothing is a problem… everything (probably) is doable. Tell me what you need – I can sort it.”
LOCAL FACILITIES Sarah continued: “In Grimsby a fabulous local gym gives my guys a free trial and reduced rates so they can whizz in there on the way home from work – have a workout, a swim, a sauna jacuzzi etc. There’s even a restaurant that caters for protein-high breakfasts, lunch and dinner.

WIND ENERGY SEASON 2018 2018 promises to be busier still, with offshore windfarm construction projects requiring double the manpower of 2017.
Sarah concluded “We are planning ahead… we have taken on more properties for 2018 to try to meet the demand and would urge all Project Managers to organise their accommodation as early as possible to avoid disappointment and unnecessary expense, particularly in Lowestoft, Grimsby, Hull and Belfast. Reservations for East Anglia ONE and Hornsea ONE have already started to come in.”
