A proud tradition for developing workwear with a strong focus on the end users defines this company. Founded in Denmark in 1982 and currently employing over 2,300 employees in Europe, Vietnam and Laos, their mission is clear – they want to develop, produce, market and sell the world’s best workwear.


A PROUD HISTORY


Mascot is a family owned business with the second generation at the helm. In the early years the company produced traditional workwear, but it quickly became clearly apparent they had to differentiate themselves in terms of product quality and design, which led the way for the first two-toned workwear range. Since then many products have emerged and today, Mascot’s assortment consists of more than 600 products divided between more than 20 ranges of workwear, safety workwear, accessories and safety footwear.


PASSIONATE RESEARCHERS


Workwear is a passion for Mascot. The employees are passionate researchers after the ultimate customer experience regardless of it being in Denmark, Vietnam or the UK. They all want to deliver the very best and therefore product innovation, product quality and customer oriented service solutions are key for their way of working.


Michael explained: “Workwear that lasts a long time and which in every way performs and fits the customers’ everyday lives, gives our customers value-for-money – both in the short and long term.”


AWARD WINNERS


In 2017 Mascot received Frost & Sullivan’s Product Leadership Award, an award that enhances their focus on product quality and product innovation and an extremely important area for the way the company works. “I see it as a seal of approval of our focus to manufacture the best, most durable products and not the cheapest,” Michael explained.
