BESPOKE TRAINING Modal enables the industry to undertake bespoke scenario planning,


project planning and both team and individual training, through a range of courses combining theory and practical exercises. The company delivers a range of programmes which are designed and tailored to fit clients’ individual needs, allowing for a variety of operations to reflect real life working environments.


Their OSC crane and Kongsberg marine simulators can be programmed


to create a range of scenarios which individuals may experience while working in the sector, for example creating challenging weather conditions, human error, critical scenario training and full project management.


Simulation training allows trainees to operate in ways they cannot in real life, with all facilities enabling individuals to pause and rewind
