EDITOR’S WELCOME WELCOME TO 2018
At a very enjoyable New Year’s Eve party I attended or should I say ‘Hogmanay’ being an exiled Scot, I spoke to a number of people regarding what the future holds for them businesswise. I have to say that there was an extremely positive optimism in spite of some obvious political wrangling going on behind the scenes, not just in the UK but worldwide.
I also had the good fortune to be invited to an open day recently organised by a company named Ethos Asset Finance Limited in collaboration with Tesla, the luxury electric car manufacturers, which also included a test drive. I have travelled in hybrids, mostly taxis, in the past but have never had the opportunity to drive either a hybrid or an all-electric vehicle before. I can only say it was an extremely enjoyable experience and if you get the chance please take it – you will not be disappointed.
