What is the BCTC and who is it for?
The Broadstone Chamber of Trade and Commerce is a local community organisation that supports and promotes all members who do business in Broadstone – not just those on the high street.
The benefi ts of BCTC membership:
It only costs £50 per year to be a member and that gives you access to:
• network regularly with local business people at targeted events and 24/7 in our online community
• promote and receive offers / PR with other members • marketing opportunities via websites/social media • work with local councillors on local business issues
• affi liate membership of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Who’s who?

• Coffee networking: 9am, Thursday 12th October, Molly’s Cafe, Broadstone. An opportunity for members to meet, have a coffee, share ideas and challenges. Come and join us – new members welcome! (£5 non-members). We were pleased to welcome 16 local businesses to our fi rst coffee networking event held in September and we expect this event to be just as popular!
• Annual Quiz Night: Friday 6th October, War Memorial Hall. Doors open at 7pm. Raffl e, food and a licensed bar. £150 cash prizes! Tickets £8 from Molly’s, Broadstone Post Offi ce and Cargo Lounge. Max of 8 per team.
Local news:
• A representative from McCarthy Stone attended our September Quarterly meeting to update us on their plans for their Broadstone Roundabout development.
• If you or your business would like to help sponsor the Broadstone Christmas Parade / Christmas lights or Christmas trees, please get in touch. Your (business) name will be recognised in the Christmas Parade brochure. Tree decorating volunteers are also needed!
