The Total Gym Elevate Line is a ground- breaking range of bodyweight resistance, single-station machines. Designed to be simple, intuitive and challenging for all levels of fitness, the Elevate Line features four pieces and more than 40 exercises in under 150ft2. The pieces are: Total Gym Core Trainer, Total Gym Leg Trainer, Total Gym Pull-up Trainer and Total Gym Press Trainer.
