THE NORTH WEST FUND CONTINUES TO SUPPORT ENERGY SECTOR SPONSORS OF REGIONAL FOCUS
The North West Fund for Energy and Environmental, managed by CT Investment Partners is looking to invest between £200,000 to £1.2million to businesses seeking finance in the North West area.
OBJECTIVE
The fund aims to provide investment that supports a broad range of needs from start-up and early stage development through to expansion plans for trading businesses.
ONSHORE WIND
The fund’s latest investment was to supplier of onshore wind EcoLogicLiving, which offers a range of domestic and small commercial wind turbines for electricity generation.
The Cumbrian-based business currently employs 14 staff alongside a network of specialist sub-contracted engineers and has a growing team of sales representatives. With the funding the firm is now able to expand its team and broaden its scope across the North West.
The firm has completed various offshore wind projects throughout the UK.
