Bristol Old Vic seeks to appoint a catering partner to operate its bars, café, restaurant and events business.


Eltham Conservative Club is a well-established private members club formed in 1913, situated in Eltham, south east London. The club consists of 2 bars, meeting rooms and a function hall which caters for 100 standing or 80 seated.


The club has a unique opportunity for an ambitious, pro-active and forward thinking candidate to provide the catering for Club members 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, between 12pm and 4pm. The franchisee would also be expected to cater for all functions booked at the Club.


An annual franchise fee will be payable in monthly instalments. You will be responsible for employing catering/service staff and the provision of all catering to the club (to include ordering of own food stock, tablecloths, napkins etc).


Situated in Bristol city centre, Bristol Old Vic is one of the UK’s principal regional producing theatres. This year has seen the building begin the final phase of its redevelopment and implementation of the theatre’s once-in-a-lifetime transformation of its front of house spaces to bring the building’s rich history to life.





The ideal candidate will have previous catering and managerial experience and be conversant with all current food safety standards.
