LOGLINE
John and Laura, a young couple with their whole lives ahead of them, fi nd themselves lost in an unknown
and unfamiliar town while on vacation. Seeking shelter from the rain, the two stumble upon a cabin with an
eccentric owner who introduces the two to a world that mysteriously borders between fairy tale and reality.
BIO
Jay Visit is a recent graduate of USC’s MFA program for fi lm production. As a Texas native, Visit fi nds
his hometown of Austin an inspiration for its inherent originality and creativity. But with his professional
background in graphic design and illustration, Visit moved to the west coast to seek a new medium to
express the missing communicative elements of story and emotion. He enjoys blending these elements in
visual ways that are not only original, but personal as well.
Visit has been awarded the Louis J. Favara merit award for cinematography and has recently completed
a number of fi lms that are set to hit the festival circuit. He also fi nished shooting music videos for artists
Lifehouse and Brian Anthony. Visit continues to shoot fi lms, music videos and commercials that spark his
interest and allow him to visually emote the complexities of story and emotion in unrestrictive ways.
