Redelia Shaw began working professionally in entertainment in 1999 when she worked for Comedy Company
and was responsible for supervising and coordinating the production of original live-event programming.
Shaw later worked as a Development and Production Executive for an entertainment company, collaborating
with producers to scout talent, pitch ideas to networks, and develop content. While there, she worked in
a managing capacity for several network television shows for Showtime, Turner South and TV One. After
earning her Masters in Communication in digital media, Shaw relocated to Los Angeles in 2005 and has
been working as a Talent Coordinator for various music reality and comedy specials for networks including
BET, TV One and Comedy Central.

This is the fi rst presentation of Shaw’s newly formed non-profi t 501c(3) corporation, Life Media Projects,
