The results are in Despite having a tight timeline, the new Parkersburg Veterinary Hospital opened, as scheduled, on August 1, 2015, and Cunningham and Shockey have been getting rave reviews ever since.
“On a few occasions, I’ve brought other veterinarians to the facility for a tour. The new hospital is absolutely outstanding,” said Blair Dubois, Patterson territory manager. “Michael Reynolds’ design talent is exceptional and he did an amazing job with this project in a very short amount of time.” Clients are also pleased with the new space.
“We hear really positive feedback from clients all the time. They love that we actually have parking now and we get lots of compliments on our waiting area, which is comfortable and enormous,” Shockey said. Just like with the rest of the project, great attention to detail was paid to selecting the artwork, color palette and furniture in the waiting area.
“We want clients to have the best experience possible from start to finish and now we can do that really well. None of this would have been possible without the support of Patterson,” said Shockey. PT
