Pay ahead with Pay As You Go (PAYG)
The Pay As You Go program from TCEC is simple, affordable and fl exible. You decide when and how to pay your bill. You are in charge of your energy use. Plus, there are no late fees or deposits on the program. You’re in control with Pay As You Go.
Pay in your Neighborhood with Payment Centers Self-service kiosks are located at convenience stores, grocery stores, and other businesses across our service territory. Payment centers accept cash and checks. Payments will post to your TCEC account within 15 minutes. The below locations are subject to change.

Apply for scholarships
CEC is committed to community and invests in area youth. As part of those efforts, the cooperative funds a $1,200 scholarship to Oklahoma Panhandle State University which is administered through OPSU’s Panhandle State Foundation.
Golden Spread Electric Cooperative (GSEC), one of TCEC’s power suppliers, offers a $2,000 scholarship to entering freshmen who plan to attend a college in Oklahoma or Texas.
Applications should be made to the Opportunity Plan.
