ust weeks remain until the biggest Spring trade event opens its doors


to retailers. Leeda’s iceTackle* event, now in its sixth year, once again promises to offer visitors a broad range of new product set within the impressive stage of the MK Dons stadium complex. Hosted over three days – 18th to 20th February – the tried and trusted format of open spaces, a relaxed sales atmosphere and hands-on demonstrations will

once again herald in a bunch of new tackle from in-house brands such as MAP, Wychwood, Rogue and Concept GT, plus numerous third party brands that fall under Leeda’s distribution business. The Milton Keynes-based company has kept a tight lid on new product release so far - turn to page 36 for a quick overview of some of the new products – but with the event build-up gaining


momentum, it’s starting to showcase a selection of product teasers that will catch visiting retailers’ eyes. A returning feature is the 20-metre pole alley where there will be a selection of MAP’s TKS poles on show, including the TKS1001, arguably the world’s slimmest pole, and there’s also an accompanying 1001 margin pole that will be one of three new pole releases to be launched at the show. MAP will also have new accessories
