Bigger Truxta available
Dominating Tufftruk’s stand was its new 450 Truxta powered barrow, a larger addition to the range, which has a 450kg load capacity but only measures 800mm wide to enable it to pass through a standard doorway. The new model will be officially launched at the Executive Hire Show, and we will provide more details in our January/February Show Preview issue.

Uni-Power highlights Honda
Uni-Power, which supplies industrial engines and parts, focused on Honda models at Saltex. One highlighted product was the GX390, a 13hp high-inclination engine which, as MD Phil Brown told EHN, has been designed for use in equipment that is frequently used on slopes, such as bank mowers and tracked carriers. A one-way valve is integrated into the cylinder head to improve the oil return flow for optimal lubrication. A maximum fuel level indicator and inner-vent carburettor are fitted to avoid overfilling.
