Compact Classen cutter
Schiller Grounds Care UK showed the Classen Pro turf cutter, a lightweight machine that has a top speed of 4.7mph for greater productivity. A rear swivel wheel is fitted to improve manoeuvrability,
and a vibration damping system is incorporated. Two versions are available, namely the HSC185 and HSC 188,
which have 163cc and 242cc Honda engines respectively, and cutter blades are available in widths from 30cm to 61cm.

Demon goes electric
Demon gave a sneak preview of its new Mini-Bowser 240V, derived from its popular Tornado model, which comes with an electric motor and pump.
The machine, which has an integral 150 litre water tank, has been designed for cleaning tasks in locations where obtaining a reliable water supply may be problematic. It will be officially launched at the Executive Hire Show, and we will give more details in our January/February Show Preview issue.
