Housing and Travel

The AAP has appointed Experient as its official housing and registration company and has secured a block of hotel rooms near the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). All housing is reserved through Experient for the AAP room block; hotels cannot accept accommodation requests made directly. Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A $13 per room per night fee is included in the room rates and will be paid to Experient.

Attendees must register for the Annual Meeting to secure housing. Room rates listed do not include the current tax per night of 14.45%. Taxes and fees are subject to change.

Requests for housing changes and cancellations must be made in writing and received by Experient no later than 6 p.m. ET, Aug. 6, 2017. Changes and cancellations submitted after that date will be honored on a space-available basis. Beginning Aug. 26, 2017, please contact the hotels directly for changes, cancellations, and new reservations. Please refer to your housing confirmation for the cancellation policy for your selected hotel.
