RADISH CULTURE
As soon as soil can be worked, plant thinly ½" deep, in rows 12" apart. Allow 6 days for germination. Thin to 4" apart. Does best in cool weath- er. Plant every 2 weeks for a continuous supply. Packets contain 500 seeds unless otherwise stated.
FALL RADISH CULTURE
Sow seeds in mid-summer for fall and winter use. Plant thinly ½" deep, in rows 12" apart. Allow 6 days for germination. Thin to 4" apart. After harvesting, store in moist sand in cellar or cool location.

63 Day. Daikon. Widely adapted Daikon for early spring sowing. Long, smooth, tapered white roots grow up to 15" long and 2" in diameter. Very slow to bolt.

Red Meat
50-60 Day. Tis radish has a surprise for you when it is cut open. Te 2-4" rad- ish has a creamy-white skin with a green crown, but the interior is a bright pink with a light green outer band. Te flavor is mild and takes a long time to become woody inside. Ideal for late sowings.
