The Bluelight PAA-F liners are available in diameters of DN70 to DN100, DN100 to DN250 with PAA-G liners up to DN400. The curing reels are farmore reliable than removable heads due to the reduced handling of the equipment. There is also a patented cooling processwhich prevents
moisture and contaminates coming into contact with any electronics andwith zeromoving parts in the head itself this PBF claims offers a greater reliability than other systems on themarket.
The curing heads are available in 3 different sizes fromthe small light head for DN70 to DN125 and the ball light head for DN100 to DN200 and then the large light head for DN100 to DN400 the advantage of the small and ball light head is that it can negotiate 90o bends in the DN70 and DN100 liners. The smaller 40mreels are better suited for difficult access areaswhere the liners are usually shorter.Weighing less than 25 kg they can be carried onto roof areas and around the backs of customers houses. The larger light head for DN100 to DN250 can negotiate a 90o bends
in liners of DN150+. They cure the liners faster and can nowcure liners in lengths of up to 100m fromone end.
