Opened in early 2014, the St John’s Halls of Residence are located in the heart of Northampton and form a key part of the town centre regeneration plan.
The Halls offer 437 single en-suite bedrooms, seven twin studios and five single studios. Each flat contains six or seven rooms and a large communal kitchen with seating area. Generally flats are mixed gender, although there are options for single gender flats. Laundry facilities are available in Halls and the rental price includes utility bills. The accommodation has Wi-Fi and good travel links.
The accommodation is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, with the buzz of Northampton’s Cultural Quarter just a short walk away.
