TEAM FOCUS – Broadstone Under 7s
Every month, we focus on a different group and showcase them...
Broadstone Under 7s continue to achieve huge success. Both Broadstone Rockets and Jets had a great fi rst half of the season terrorising defences across Dorset. Both teams clocking up a combined goal difference of in excess of 50 plus goals! With the defence playing just as important role as our midfi eld and strikers. Training also continued to be attended well and the dedication from all the players on a Saturday certainly paid off on a Sunday.
The turn of the year saw the Under 7s form a third team – the ‘Spitfi res’. They have also settled well and have recorded some inspirational performances – including an 8-0 victory. The

We are very excited at the growth of our ladies section (pictured below) in the last year. We have grown from one charity game a year, to training each week and playing friendly games against other local ladies teams.
If you are interested in learning a new skill or you just want to be able to keep up with the kids, then we are the group for you. Our age range is from 14 to 45 and we are all of different ability and fi tness, so if you are looking for a fun fi lled hour, please contact me at

Spitfi res have proven what great strength there is in the Under 7s section.
The triumphs of the Under 7s have certainly been based on great friendships and all the boys get on so well and are full of encouragement for one another. The future undoubtedly looks orange!
As the Under 7s continue to progress, they are looking for a new qualifi ed coach for next season. This will add great depth to an already dedicated team of coaches. If you are not qualifi ed but would like to run a team, the club is willing to sponsor the right person through the FA Level 1 qualifi cation. Please contact Scott via email to express an interest –
