The most cherished item in my studio is whatever I am working on. Currently, that is a public art project in Bradenton for the South Florida Museum, and another mural design for the Warehouse Arts District in St Pete.

Messy. Unpredictable. Wonderful. Those three words best describe my day. I paint every day, whenever inspiration strikes. As far as routines, I try not to have one.


A dinner conversation with Monet. I have been to his home in Giverny, France and visited his studio. I feel a huge connection to his art and lifestyle.


My family inspires me. Brody and Wes, my two boys (who are incredible athletes and absolutely hilarious) are fun to be around.


And my partner, who is a dedicated master sculptor. All of them are constant sources of inspiration.


A bike ride helps me unwind.


Even my closest friends probably don’t know (until now): The first mural I ever painted was a giant 10-foot cat in my parent’s garage when I was 14 years old. They never painted over it, and it’s still there today.
