OPI has been making headlines in the consumer press recently, after scooping the award for ‘Best Nail Brand’ in the Sunday Times Style beauty awards and featuring on the front cover of May’s Ellemagazine, which saw Beyoncé wearing ‘The Beige of Reason’, a barely-there nude shade which gave her immaculate-looking nails thanks to nail tech Lisa Logan.
Not to be left behind, Gelish also took its turn in the spotlight after Adele was spotted wearing the brand’s ‘Olive You’ shade during her performance at Glastonbury. Despite turning the air blue with her swearing on stage, Adele rocked the olive green shade created by celebrity manicurist and Nail Harmony Master Educator Zarra Celik.

Going ‘dotti’ for Moschino
OPI partnered with Moschino for a rare West Coast fashion show featuring a bright Infinite Shine ‘dotticure’.
Miss Pop, US nail session tech, used OPI’s Infinite Shine to create colourful nail art designs to mirror Jeremy Scott’s fashion-forward colour craze Spring/Summer Moschino collection.
Miss Pop and the OPI team added varying sized dots in different Infinite Shine colours to mimic the embellishments on the Moschino clothing and accessories. All designs were done on different sized tips, with the nail team sizing up the tips on the models while they were in hair and make-up and filed them to perfection before hitting the runway.
