Personal tragedy in the form of sexual assault of a former girlfriend led extreme fighting champion, Mark Streator to an in-depth study of women`s self-defense programs. Finding many of them inadequate, and even leading to a false sense of security, he created the A.C.T. F.A.S.T. seminar. This sem- inar is taught in a single session format rather than a 6 or 8-week program, because life happens, and missing a session could mean missing critically important information. There is a strong emphasis on how to develop the mentality needed not to panic, freeze and be incapacitated if confronted by a bigger, stronger, violent predator.

• Learn to tap into buried survival instincts that we all possess • Learn 30+ tactics and techniques that can help make you safer • True stories will help you avoid serious judgmental mistakes • Learn proven effective fighting techniques from any position • Learn why you never want to eliminate fear….plus much more!

Instructor Mark Streator used a serious in-depth study, critical thinking, logic and practical experience gained from 50+ full contact fights in Boxing, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Savate, San Shou, Bare Knuckle Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Extreme Fighting to create this one of a kind seminar. Learn to THINK FAST! Learn to ACT FAST! Learn to Survive!
