Cheerleader action! If your child dreams of being on the cheerleading squad then this camp is perfect! Experienced coaches will focus on the sport by teaching cheerleading skills that are fun, safe and fundamental along with cheerleading drills set to music! Plus they will do tons of fun drills to enhance techniques, body balance movements, timing, rhythm, pompom bebop dance, jumps, stunts, cheers, rah-rah awareness and sportsmanship. The last class features a competitive cheer challenge contest. This is a cooperative program with the Woodridge Park District.

Dodge this! Dodgeball games every day ending with a competitive cham- pionship game on the last day. This fun moving sport will provide team competition and individual challenge matches on the court. Kids will have a blast running, throwing, dodging and ducking their way to victory all while getting their bodies in shape. This is a cooperative program with the Woodridge Park District.

Run with a smile! Kids will gain speed, quickness and agility through track and field events. Our coaches will focus on teaching sprints, hurdles, jumps, distance running and throws in a safe and fundamental way. The camp consists of body balance techniques, speed, quickness and agility drills with the goal of producing a quicker, safer more powerful perform- er. A wide variety of timed events will take place during each day, con- cluding with an event championship series on the final day. In the event of rain, time will be equally added to the remaining days of class. This is a cooperative program with the Woodridge Park District.

This fun and instructional camp prepares players to succeed in volleyball. Excellent coaches plan strategic, fun preparation drills and games that will increase skills and safety through fundamentals. Camp offers a volleyball skills challenge contest and championship volleyball game. Plus competi- tive drills for skills training: serving, bumping, setting, spiking, techniques on speed & quickness, body balance, first step directional movements, volleyball safety awareness and sportsmanship. This class is Co-Ed. This is a cooperative program with Woodridge Park District.

Kids First certified coaches prepare players to play, enjoy and win in a team concept for ultimate frisbee. This is one of the fastest growing youth sports in the country. The sport can be described as a combination of soccer, football, balloon ball and basketball. Kids First coaches teach how to throw and score points offensively and how to defend their goal defen- sively. Kids love it once they’ve tried it! This is a cooperative program with the Woodridge Park District.
