“Through their membership of the Chamber we have heard a lot about their work and they have developed a great reputation in the region. “We have been impressed with their dynamic
approach and their attention to detail.” Voice Mobile’s group sales manager Mark
Barber said: “Naturally we are always delighted when we manage to win new business. “However, the Greater Birmingham Chambers
Dialing up (left to right): James Devesey, Paul Faulkner and Mark Barber
was a success that tasted that much sweeter. “Lately, we have been working very hard on
our presence in the Birmingham area and although we have accounts nationwide we always like to ensure we have a special focus on
the city that we are all proud to be from. “Winning the deal with the Chamber gives
us fantastic credibility to use as a platform when engaging conversation with local businesses.”
Growth Hub shares stories of success
A key figure from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy learned about the success of business support in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership region during a visit to Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce. Jacqui Ward met with local businesses who have received support from
the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Growth Hub to find out more about how it had helped them improve. Ms Ward is the deputy director of the Department for Business, Energy
