SUPERYACHTS FOR I


t has been a busy month for James Watt Dock with super yachts, fast yachts and plain attractive yachts


turning up regularly. First was a Princess V62 visiting


from the north of Scotland to get some Princess service work from Princess Dealers Great Harbour Yachts. Next to visit (for 21


/2 was EOS a 350’ superyacht who weeks)


was getting work done and crew on leave before cruising Scotland with the owner. During EOS’s visit Spirit of Fortitude a 33m luxury motor yacht arrived to take up her permanent berth at James Watt Dock, where she will operate for charter. Enjoying plenty of depth under her 3.5m keel Zephyr (Steve Cowie’s Fast 40) chose to base the boat at JWD Marina, after the


Scottish Series and to compete in the local Ashton Regatta at Royal Gourock Yacht Club. Steve’s team will be heading back south with Zephyr to continue their Fast 40 campaign on the Solent, where they compete against at least another ten similar boats. The P1 Grand Prix of the Sea will see ten 70mph race boats and 40 aqua cross jet skis competing in
