RANGE OF ROLEC CLASSICS FOR POOLE YACHT CLUB
Rolec Classic Marina Service Pedestals, featuring the company’s Smartcard metering system, have been chosen by Poole Yacht Club as part of its marina refurbishment project.
A total of 342 berths will be serviced by 171 x 750mm Rolec Classic blue foamex pedestals, covering four of the piers at the club. The Classics all feature 2 x 16amp electrical sockets and LED lighting, and will complement other Rolec products already ordered for the project – including 8 x Distribution Units and 4 x Shore Isolation Panels. In addition, 24 x hose reels c/w 30 metres of food quality hose pipe were supplied as part of the Rolec package.
Rolec also undertook the design and installation of a new electrical system for the yacht club, which included managing the installation around the busy day-to-day activities of the marina.
Rolec Sales Director Martin Georgeson commented: “We were delighted when Poole Yacht Club requested that we install a range of our Classic pedestals, products and other accessories on site.
“The marina was one of few left in the UK that had no electricity at all before this project began.”
