Class will begin by consciously connecting and deepening the breath and setting an intention for our practice. Next, we will build heat from the inside with a flow sequence using breath in- spired movements that connect the mind and body. We will tran- sition into balance poses designed to improve strength, stamina, focus and maintain bone density.
