Sportsters Camp (7-10 years) Team sports such as baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, floor hockey and more are covered throughout the session. Addi- tional activities include tennis, golf & archery. Teamwork and sportsmanship will be emphasized. Class meets at Lions Rec- reation Center Gymnasium. Track, Field & Fitness Camp (7-12 years) Get active while learning the sport of Track and Field. Campers work on improving flexibility, proper stretching, body positioning, core-strength, balance, and other fitness concepts. Games include: Sharks and Minnows, Hot Lava, Capture the Cones, as well as sprints, relays, long-distance walking, running hurdles, long jump, and discus throw.
