Fitness PROGRAMS Cardio Classes


Aerobics Essentials (Beginner-Intermediate) Lively, low-impact cardio class that may include intervals of upper and lower body strength training and core exercises.


Hip Hop Fitness (Beginner-Intermediate) This fun, energetic class will break down the newest Hip Hop dance moves choreographed to the latest music. Have fun and workout at the same time.


Piloxing (Intermediate) Piloxing is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates along with fun, sexy dance moves. A high calorie burning class!


Step 1 & 2 (Beginner-Intermediate) Combine slower paced step aerobics with basic, easy to follow moves and combinations. Good for those who are new to step and those looking for a basic step workout. Step 2 adds more complicated moves and combinations.

Zumba (Beginner-Intermediate) Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International dance themes. It combines high energy dance moves and slower cardio intervals to maximize caloric output.


Cardio/Strength Combo BarreBOX (Intermediate-Advanced)


A combination of kickboxing elements such as punches and kicks mixed with barre exercises focusing on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.


Circuit Crazy (Intermediate-Advanced) Looking for a class where you can try various formats? This circuit class is for you! Quickly move from one exercise to the next, while experiencing cardio, strength, boxing, core work, Tabata, HIIT, plyometrics, yoga and much more. Each class will offer a wide range of variety for a challenging full body workout.


FreeMotion Circuit (Beginner-Intermediate) Alternate aerobic exercises using bikes, steps, etc. with strength, endur- ance exercises using the weight training machines and free weights. A great total body workout that increases your cardiovascular endurance, strength, lean muscle mass and bone density.


Recess (Intermediate-Advanced) Remember when recess was your favorite part of the day? Let’s bring that feeling back with this fun, I-can’t-believe-this-is-a-workout workout! A variety of cardio and strength games will be played with the group, partner or solo!


Senior Forever Fit (Beginner/Light) No more excuses! This class meets the needs of our mature adults, beginners and those who have not exercised in years. Class includes light aerobics, walking, muscle strengthening and toning and stretching/relaxation.

Tabata (Advanced) Increase your cardiac capacity while toning your body from head to toe! Each 4 minute interval includes 8 rounds of 20 second high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class incorporates core toning with a cool down and relaxation segment at the end. A great way to help overcome your plateau!


TBC (Total Body Challenge) (Advanced) A complete conditioning class that includes aerobics (step, Hi/Lo aerobics and/or slide aerobics) plus body sculpting exercises using weights and tubes, other muscle conditioning exercises and stretching for the ultimate workout!


The Burn (Advanced)


This high intensity interval training is the fastest and most effective way to burn fat. Combining 30-60 second intervals of high intensity training, followed by 60-90 second recovery intervals. Add this to your routine at least once a week and start seeing the amazing results.


Tighter Assets Interval (Beginner–Advanced) EVERYTHING from the waist down is exercised in this class with bits of cardio intervals thrown in the mix.


Weekend Warrior (Advanced)


A 75-minute weekend workout. Give your weekend the jumpstart it deserves. Class activities may include step, Hi/Lo, and slide as well as muscular strength and conditioning.


Strength Classes


4G: Guts, Guns, Glutes & Glory (Beginner–Advanced) Target specific areas using various weight bearing exercises for the upper and lower body. This is a great class to help increase bone density.


Tighter Assets (Beginner–Advanced) EVERYTHING from the waist down is exercised in this class. A warm-up will be followed by exercises and stretches to tone these problem areas into shape!


Mind & Body Classes Spin Classes


Spin & Strength (Beginner-Advanced) Spin followed by strength training and/or core exercises.


Spin Triple Play (Beginner-Advanced) A little bit of everything—30 minutes spin, 15 minutes strength, 15 minutes core and stretching. OPEN TO PASSPORT & SPIN PARTICIPANTS.


Spin & Yoga (Beginner-Intermediate)


Spin followed by yoga. Last 20 minutes of this class will focus on strengthening the core, elongating your muscles, releasing tension from your mind and body, and improving your posture.


A Taste of Yoga (Beginner-Advanced) The title says it…this class will offer you a sample of our yoga program.


YoPi Strength (Beginner–Advanced) Blending the focus of yoga, the precision of Pilates, and the muscular engagement of strength training.


NEW! Sunshine YoPi Strength Sunshine YoPi Strength will be held outside (weather permitting).
