F.O.C.U.S. Sports Volleyball Camp (Grades 5-10) Our camp is designed to teach boys and girls the many aspects of the game including: communications, defense, footwork, hit- ting, passing, serving & serve receiving. Players are taught in an environment appropriate to their ability. On Mondays, Wednes- days & Fridays, practice will continue in the RecPlex pool for an aqua fitness session to build stamina, increase jumping ability, and improve mobility for the sport of volleyball. Fundamentals of Hitting Camp (7-12 years) Improve your game with extra hitting time using a pitching ma- chine. Swing analysis, soft toss, live pitching, and t-work are all a part of this camp. Boys will focus on the skills needed to become a successful hitter in baseball. Girls will learn techniques needed to excel as a softball hitter. The advanced, intermediate, and begin- ner hitters can all benefit from this step-by-step approach. Camp- ers will be divided by age and ability. NEW! Green White Euro 16 Youth Soccer Camp Experience a week with the highly qualified and talented Green White Soccer coaches and staff to learn the world’s most popular game. Skill activities and circuit training em- phasize dribbling, passing, and shooting. All players play in a Euro Championship tournament. Camp introduces teams and countries who are participating in the Euro 2016 tournament in France. Campers are required to bring a ball, water bottle, shin guards, and soccer or athletic shoes. NEW! Green White Soccer Youth Evening Camp The evening time soccer camp at Majewski Metro Park will allow local youth players to work with the nationally licensed Green White coaching staff. Skill activities improve campers’ soccer know-how. Players are tested on their 5 skills emphasized during the week; dribbling, passing, shooting, speed, and turning. All players will receive a STAR rating on their player evaluation. Young- er players will play 3v3, 4v4, and 6v6 small-sided tournaments. Campers are asked to bring a ball, water bottle, shin guards, and soccer or athletic shoes. Campers receive a T-Shirt and soccer ball. Sessions will take place at Green White’s Majewski Metro Park. NEW! Green White Striker and Goalkeeper Camp (9 years-High School)
The Striker and Goalkeeper camp looks at all the areas of being a soccer shot stopper and a top notch scorer of goals. Players train in both positions. This camp is open to all levels of experience. Goalkeepers learn proper footwork along with shot-stopping and decision making. Strikers learn the correct shooting technique along with crosses, volleys, and headers. Campers are required to bring a ball, goalkeeper gloves, water bottle, shin guards, soccer or athletic shoes. Sessions will take place at Green White’s Majewski Metro Park. Day
