Baltimore - The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor has named Craig Harvey as Director of Sales and Marketing.
National Harbor - Deborah Topcik has been named Director of Marketing for National Harbor, the 350-acre, new com- munity across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. In addition to overseeing marketing of the master-planned, mixed- use community (including more than 150 unique retail shops, 30 restaurants, seven hotels, marina, Tanger Outlets, MGM National Harbor, and special events and programs), Topcik assists with marketing of the recently created National Harbor Convention and Visitors Association.

Allentown - Discover Lehigh Valley, the Lehigh Valley’s designated destination marketing organization, has hired Alicia Quinn as Strategic Brand Manager. Previously Quinn worked at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions Pocono Mountains and earlier at Visit Philadelphia and the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau in various roles.
Blue Bell – Kristofer Fair has been selected as General Manager and Jihad Nickalous has been hired as Food and Beverage Director for both the Blue Bell Country Club and Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center.

Philadelphia - Philadelphia’s Mayor, Jim Kenney, has added Jeff Guaracino as the President and CEO of Welcome America Inc., which traditionally serves as the city's official producer of the Wawa Welcome America! July 4th celebration. Guaracino was formerly executive director of the Atlantic City Alliance, and prior to that he worked at Visit Philadelphia. Sheila Hess also has been appointed to the role of City Representative in the Office of City Representative, the ceremonial and special events department serving as the City of Philadelphia’s events, marketing, promo- tion, public relations and hospitali- ty/tourism arm. Hess previously served as the director of the Independence Blue Cross Foundation and Community Affairs, responsible for the company’s charitable private foundation.
