The company supports entire events from the development stage to execution. They also can play a small role, where clients may just want the use of another set of expert hands, or Seamless Events can act as a“coworker”in a vendor position.

“Through strategic planning and partner- ship, we can help to expertly weave a level of service to ensure every critical element is planned and executed without the client having to be burdened by the exten- sive details that come with any type of event,” said Seamless Events CEO Connie Bernard.

A critical piece for every client to have at the starting phase of an event or special project is to be fully aware of the desired goal or goals, including the return they want to obtain – whether that is new customers/clients or to reengage current customers/clients in a different way, she notes.

It’s also important to understand how the event or special project can be evaluated in order for Seamless Events to be a part- ner with the ability to hit – and exceed – all the goals with a positive outcome.

Bernard stressed that it is critical to keep the budget or range of budget in mind, as knowing the budget allows her team to recommend a certain direction of plan- ning for the event.
